PolicyCenter Launch for Personal Lines Begins December 8, 2014:
Agents no longer should enter applicant information on the Create Customer screen. Create an Account in PolicyCenter to begin the application process.
Quotes: Agents must use PolicyCenter® for all quotes with effective dates on or after February 1, 2015.
Submissions: Agents must use PolicyCenter for non-HO-3 new-business submissions with effective dates on or after February 1, 2015.
Agents must continue to use the Property Insurance Clearinghouse for HO-3 new business submissions.
Renewals: Renewing policies will be transferred to PolicyCenter beginning with policies renewing February 1, 2015.
Please remember to use the Exit Icon (the door) to the upper right on every ePAS screen when exiting the system.
